A panel of independent judges will carefully review each submission, determine which submission is the best, and announce the winners of the Vox World Tour Promotion on January 31, 2007.
* The total value of this vacation, which includes airfare, hotel stays, and a daily stipend, shall not exceed $12,000 per Grand Prize winner.
