Renaming Template Sets
Posted by Brenna Koch in How-To
When you make changes and updates to your template sets (as well as create new sets based on existing ones), you'll want to give your template sets unique names that reflect the design or purpose. Renaming a template set is a way to help keep things more organized and easier to understand.
How to Change a Template Set's name
Change the name of the current template set by clicking the Basics link on the Design tab for the weblog:

This will open the page to enter the title and description for the template set:
You can use the Preview button to see what the template looks like to name it appropriately and use the Save Changes button to apply the new name.
To access other template sets, click the "Edit Template Sets" link in the tab sub-nav. This will show a listing of all your template sets where you can access the Basics link for each.
Note: There is currently no way to change the name of an advanced template set. We are working on providing Pro subscribers with this option and should be in TypePad soon.
