[MTOS-dev] Some modules won't include in Dynamic

Depending on the version you're using, I would bet that you are using  
a construct in the module that is not supported under dynamic  
publishing (whether it be a perl-only plugin or something like the  
meta variables for iterative blocks).  However, if this is the case,  
you probably aren't using the bleeding edge since many of these issues  
are fixed.

To suss out the problem, bubble your module code up to a test index  
template which is set to publish dynamically.  That should surface  
your error.
