Love the idea, but the name "Config Assistant" is misleading, unless
you plan to pair this with a graphical tool that spits out a
config.yaml, along the lines of the "design assistant"...

One key thing is support for non-standard things in the settings area,
things that are not strictly form fields.  Perhaps you simply want to
place a hyperlink or button in place of an actual form field (I do
both currently in some of my plugins).  I suppose you could always
revert back to the current method for doing plugins settings, if
non-standard stuff is required.
