[MTOS-dev] New Prototype: Config Assistant

Let¹s use the wiki to iron out the right syntax to keep it simple yet,
complete and flexible. Do you have specific ideas?

Note: the syntax on the wiku identifies what it should be, the docs should
what it is right now (an artifact of the fact that the code is not core).
