[MTOS-dev] Template Module Caching

Ah, thanks so much for pointing this out as I was having serious trouble
with the SSI includes.

I think it's also very important to mention that using mt:SetVar and
mt:GetVar stops working the way it normally does when processing modules as
SSI includes.  This might confuse some folks (as it did me).
