[MTOS-dev] scorabe MT::Category

I think, it is preferable that we can use Scorable interface to
MT::Category as well as other MT::Object subclasses.

For example, if it is scorable, we can assign an appropriate rank
number to each categories in order to generate a categories list
reordered by their rank number.

How do you think about it?
