[MTOS-dev] Updating the latest svn:externals to release-37

Can someone please update the svn:externals on
http://code.sixapart.com/trac/movabletype/browser/latest?  Judging by
the revision log
(http://code.sixapart.com/trac/movabletype/changeset/2130), I've been
running out of date code for three days now which may make some of the
bug notes and patches I've submitted recently similarly out of sync
with your reality.

Alternately, can you give those of us with checkin rights the go-ahead
to make that change when/if we notice that it's pulling an outdated
branch?
