[MTOS-dev] Comment Pages with jQuery

I'm in the early stages of putting together an MT plugin to allow 
paginated comments with jQuery UI's ajax tabs features.  Here is a demo 
page:

Right now it only does one comment per page, and doesn't label the tabs 
nicely.
