[MTOS-dev] Commercial Pack Error

I'm running MTOS 4.11 with the memory leak patch.  I need to install the 
commercial pack because a plugin need custom fields.  So I copied the 
addons directory from MT 4.1 to my MTOS 4.11_p1 install.  Normal CGI is 
fine, but If I try to load the CMS with FCGI I get the following error. 
  Anyone have any idea what is causing this?  I'm using the following 
dispatcher code:
