[MTOS-dev] Looking for code review - please be gentle!

I'd like to congratulate Steve on completing his first leg of the
steep re-learning curve.  As one of the regulars now in #movabletype
(irc.freenode.net), I've seen that steep learning curve up close not
only with Perl (again) but with MT.  It's been both refreshing and
enlightening to see our world through fresh eyes.

I'll take a look at the code shortly, Steve, but just wanted to throw
that out there.  You've done well, sir.
