[MTOS-dev] Proposal: Remove mail setup from wizard

I would like to point out, in case it's not obvious, that the
subscribers to this mailing list are not the target audience for the
wizard. While we may all be wizards (ha) at editing the config file
and know all of our most important directives and their accepted
values by heart, this is by far the exception and not the rule.

However, even with that said, I myself almost *always* use the wizard
for clients who will be using LDAP or might have other special setups
that depart from the norm (e.g. email settings). If there's any
failing currently in the wizard it's that it doesn't go far enough
with some of these more advanced setups, but especially LDAP setup.
Bugs/feature requests have been filed for some time on these issues.
