I'm questioning the 'form' tag as being illogical to me.  In fact, I 
don't know why the <a> and <img> tags should be wrapped at all.  What do 
we earn with that additional level of complexity?

Huh?  I don't understand.  Are you saying that MT removes the wrapping, 
and doesn't send it to the html?  Why have it then?

Also is that just for the "convert line breaks" formatter?  What about 
other formatters?  I ask because I use a home-grown formatter, which I 
really need to release one day.
