[MTOS-dev] Proposal: Remove mail setup from wizard

Byrne, can't this be autodetected?  I mean, if what you say is true
and sendmail is that reliable, can't MT just simply connect to test
and then either skip the step and use the default or, in the case of
failure, display it so that the user can change it?  Frankly, I'd like
a *smarter* installer, not a *weaker* installer.
