[MTOS-dev] attaching vs. embedding assets to entries patch

Attached is my first cut at making it possible to attach an asset to
an entry/page with having to embed it. This patch does not include the
ability to attach an asset or display a list of assets that are not
embedded, but it does make such a function possible.

Couple of notes:

* This patch does not increment the database schema. (I added an
embedded boolean column to MT::ObjectAsset.)

* This patch does not include an upgrade function that will mark all
entry and page object assets as embedded.
