[MTOS-dev] For Discussion: MTOS Code of Conduct

I like opensource.org code the most because it was short, concise and
practical. Perhaps too much so  -- discussing how to reply to the
lists seems to go a bit in to minutiae. Ubuntu is too long winded
though it does a better job of presenting the spirit of the community.
Gentoo covers the consequences of bad behavior that, while I hope
would never be needed, is good to spell out. <tim/>
