[MTOS-dev] Dates Language in other languages

Hi,

I've been wondering what is the policy of acccepting contributions to  
dates format in other languages? The list for Date Language currently  
contains a dozen of languages though these settings are not stored in  
a way L10N is stored but in global Util.pm and cfg_prefs.tmpl file.

Is there a way to contribute additional date formats in other  
languages - Latvian, Russian - for inclusion in further versions of MT?
