[MTOS-dev] Daemonizing a process?

I do remember it - when we converted RQ to the Schwartz that was a feature
that suddenly became hard to support because PQ was to be invoked through a
more generic handler - and not a dedicated command line tool.

We are interested in bringing all the features of RQ back in time, but we
need to work through some of the technical details first.

Ie. How can we design the run-periodic-tasks daemon to accept blog specific
parameters via the command line? What do we want that to look like?
