[MTOS-dev] svn repositories for media manager and or podcasting plugins?

They don't all carry the standard GPL header that I have seen on other
projects.  Probably helpful to have licensing stated explicitly on whatever
web page has it.  Otherwise, people might conclude that the files are not
OSS and never download.
