Refeed and MediaManager are in the 6A plugin repo:

Note that Refeed doesn't actually have a license formally associated with
it, though I couldn't say what that implies. I /think/ all the stuff in
there is supposed to be GPL, though I'd wait for a response from Byrne on
that.

Byrne's podcaster was sort of a one-day turnaround deal, so if it's open
it's likely he just never got around to adding it. The archive includes a
license file that indicates it's copyright to him, but no actual /license/
is specified.
