[MTOS-dev] RPMs?

Okay, here's first cut.  Still requires hacking mt-config.cgi, but it
works (!)

  http://www.inuus.com/movabletype.spec

I'd like to get the RPM and Debian packages as aligned as possible wrt
naming, directory structure etc.

Open Issues:
  * need to add avatar upload dir
  * need to add cronjobs
  * need better security
  * adhere to lsb directory structure?
  * Move to sqlite for basic install?
  * Add subpackages for mysql/postgresql?
  * Add subpackage for memcached?
