You'll still need an external html->pdf converter, but this plugin can 
pipe to it.  When I was using this plugin, I was using htmldoc to do the 
heaving lifting of the html->pdf conversion, but it doesn't like a lot 
of XHTML code.

NOTE: This plugin can become a huge security issue because it allows 
anyone with access to MT templates to call any executable on your system.

I hope that no one will charge a license for a simple MT 4 port, and if 
they do, I'll just port it myself and release it open source. :-)
