How much? I don't think you need one if you are OK with this service:
http://html2pdf.seven49.net/Web/. They even have a doc on how to
create a button for users to print:
http://html2pdf.seven49.net/Web/en/Support/Tutorial_How_to_implement_a_render_this_page_to_.htm.
I suppose you could save some time and cash with a plugin that caches
a PDF locally (to avoid having to needless render more) and monitors
if its source HTML page has been updated to expire what is in the
cache.
