I also have a tool I started at the hackathon in NYC a year or so ago
that was starting down this path. I never released it because it never
got to the point where I could relase it (it was useful) and besides
it was an MT3 effort so it needs a lot o retooling to conform to the
MT4 way. I'll try and make it available when I get back to my office.
