Anyone want to take the lead on a Defensio spam blocker plugin?

I'm mostly done with coding milestone 1, but have not been able to
find the time amongst my other endeavors to finish it. The folks at
Kowabunga (the company behind Defension) where looking to have been
patiently waiting for me to finish it.

I've already setup a project in Google Code for it.
