Sorry, I didn't write any impressions about your code.
I've just confirmed your dispatcher code, which is based on
CGI-Application-Dispatcher, worked well. I've tested only by CGI, not
by FastCGI.
I am not so confident of incorporating your dispatcher into MTOS
source tree. Most important reason is that we don't exactly know what
advantages this code give to us.
Also, I'm worrying about Scalar-Util compatibility issue, which Tim
showed us when I posted weak-references patch to mtos-dev. For
example, CGI-Application-Dispatcher requires Exception-Class, and
Exception-Class requires Scalar-Util.
