[MTOS-dev] Smarty error after MTOS 4.1 upgrade

After upgrading from MT 4.01 to MT 4.1 I found that a plug-in (MT Comment
Challenge) was causing a Smarty error and preventing dynamic pages from
rendering.

*Smarty error: [in mt:135 line 213]: syntax error: unrecognized tag
'mtcommentchallenge' (Smarty_Compiler.class.php, line 580)*

I thought it might have been the plug-in so I replaced with MT-Approval with
the same issue:

*Smarty error: [in mt:135 line 213]: syntax error: unrecognized tag
'mtapprovalcommentform' (Smarty_Compiler.class.php, line 580)*

Can anyone think of a reason that these plug-ins are not working in
dynamically published pages?

I really want to get my comments going again.
