[MTOS-dev] JavaScript framework requirements document

Su, I don't really have a political view regarding yahoo.  I do have a bias
regarding Microsoft, but my sense would be to evaluate against a grid of
criteria, not just one.  My point is merely that ownership should be
considered from both a positive and negative perspective (+ = paid
contributors, - = poor standards support or standards subversion).  Having
your tool owned by a company that has essentially failed at the web is a
consideration.
