[MTOS-dev] JavaScript framework requirements document

My sense is that the open source projects that have done the best are the
ones where there was an established community and then a company came along
to help support it, having to fit within the community.  I think one reason
apache has flourished is that it is not perceived as belonging to anyone
except ASF, although many companies pay dedicated staff members to work on
it.

The question is what's driving development and features, and ownership plays
a significant role in that.
