[MTOS-dev] Comment and Trackback Counts

When upgrading to MTOS 4.15b, my comment and trackback counts were not 
properly done.  Most entries had erroneous or no counts at all.  I had 
to run the attached MT::Tool script locally to update the counts.

Feel free to use it if you have the same problem.
