[MTOS-dev] MT 4.15 Beta now available

Disclaimer: I really really really hate promising dates. So this is a target
until we state otherwise.

We originally wanted this to be released by the end of April. But mitigating
factors have caused us to rethink our release time table.

The current target is the week of May 19. You can quote me I suppose, but
please characterize the date appropriately when you do so.
