So much better to finally be able to see all templates on one screen  
again - though I can see it getting a tiny bit messy if there are a  
LOT of templates of each type.

Besides the bugs with the filtering, I only have two other problems:

1. I have no idea what Asynchronous means and I worry that the average  
Joe Bloggs won't either.
2. Perhaps it's just me used to seeing the link column as the last one  
but I missed the "view template" icon the first time I saw it.
3. Further to #2, I don't like that the view icons are no longer  
aligned together making it slightly harder to reach.
4. Keyboard navigation is *really* weird. When the page loads, j/k  
work on the index templates and once you hit the end of index  
templates, it stops and doesn't flow onto archive templates... That  
feels a bit weird.

And more as a feature request, I'd really like my PowerRebuild plugin  
to be built in so that I could select templates to rebuild. One step  
further from my plugin would be for me to be able to select archive  
templates and those archive types (for the selected templates) get  
rebuilt too. But that's candyplating of course!
