[MTOS-dev] Log4MT - A new enhanced logging and notification plugin

Hi all,

I just finally got around to wrapping up a plugin for release that
I've been using for nearly a year now.  Log4MT is a wrapper plugin
around Log4perl which is, if you aren't familiar with it, one
fantastic logging and notification module/distro.  I made it primarily
because I was tired of (ab)using the webserver error log and MT
activity log in my debugging.  It served me incredibly well for that
purpose seriously streamlining my development process.  However, over
the past years, I've done some things with it that have delighted me
more than I expected (like automated notifications of MT system
activity to a shared Twitter account),

Anyway, enough rambling on.  I'd love to hear your thoughts on it.

P.S. I believe that this is the first full-fledged plugin I have
released publicly since 2005.  Hard to believe that so long has past
and how many more I still need to polish up for release.
