[MTOS-dev] Configuration Wizard: Select Perl Binary

Hi,

on my developent machine I have several Perl installations, e.g.  the 
usual from OS X as /usr/bin/perl which has no additional modules 
installed and /opt/local/bin/perl with a lot of modules.

It's easy to change it with an oneliner on the shell, but it might be 
easyer when this can be done via the config wizard ...
