[MTOS-dev] Editing the templates for Javascripts

Hi all,

I'm trying to add a piece of javascript to my template in MT4. I want
it to appear after every entry. It's the ClickComments code that's
showing up on my MT3.33 blog, afterhourspub.com. I'm having trouble
figuring out where to put that in MT4, with the way the templates are
so fragmented. No matter where I put it, it doesn't render. I've tried
the Main Index, the Entry Summary, and the Entry Metadata.

Is there a setting somewhere to allow scripts to run on your templates?
