[MTOS-dev] MTOS nightlies that work

I can report that MTOS 12/24 seems to be working fine.  I was able to
upgrade a previous MTOS blog with it and all functions.  MTOS 12/21 does not
seem so great.  I could upgrade an MT4RC4 blog, but I'm getting no
sidebars.  New blogs, created under MTOS seem okay though.  Hmmm.

Perhaps it's time to file a bug report on MT4B2.

PS  Using previous OSS projects, people kept track of good vs. bad
nightlies.  Just continuing that tradition here.
