  Current l10n script runs against the lastest LANG.pm file, and marks
the new string lines with a comment: "# Translate - New (number of
words)" or "# Translate - Previous (number of words)" if the string
remained in Enligsh. So to search for new phrases, just grep "#
Translate - New". This proccess, of course, can be automated.
