[MTOS-dev] Fwd: Chinese translators?

Is there anything we have that will automate the process of creating a new
LANG.pm file? Something that could be run against a release to create a
“clean” file for new translations?

It would be interesting then to develop a tool to analyze overlap between
one release and the next to effectively tell translators, “YO! There are
some untranslated phrases you should check out.
