I've never written Perl in my life, but here I am on the Dev list  
because there's more useful stuff here than there is on the discussion  
board(s).

It's consistent, however, to eventually funnel people thus:
devs -> MTOS-dev
consultants -> ProNet
users -> discussion board, presumably forums.movabletype.org

If that's the plan, and:
* it's clearly articulated
* the user forums are frequented by people who actually know what  
they're doing
* the user forums, you know, work. With feeds 'n stuff.

...then in the interests of simplicity I modify my vote to -5 (+chance  
for stun).
