Mailing lists are a hot topic right now and I fear some on this list will
grow fatigued by this list if it is not focused on *MTOS development*.

So I would like to make a proposal: the creation of an mtos-discuss mailing
list for general discussion about anything.

(In the geeky circles I run in, one can quickly and easily cast a vote on a
proposal like this simply by replying "+1" or "-1" or even "+0" to indicate
total indifference.)
