[MTOS-dev] Chinese translators?

Let me introduce you to Maarten. He is our localization/translation expert
in Europe. Maarten, I was wondering if you have any docs on how to create a
new translation for MT. We are looking to assist Whiteg in creating a
translation in Chinese.
