[MTOS-dev] should there be an mtos-general? or (shudder) mtos-help?

Bud - thank you so much for the idea. I too have contemplated creating an
mtos-discuss, mtos-general, and/or mtos-users mailing list, but I was
hesitant to dilute the potential for conversation by creating too many
lists.
But I will say this - if the traffic to this list gets to a point that it
distracts from the core objective of the list, then I think it is important
to funnel that "distracting" dialog to a new list.
In other words, I don't disagree with you at all, in fact I think you might
be right... But I would prefer to let demand for the list be the impetus for
its creation rather then anything else.
