Hi Bud

I don't understand why you feel dismissed, we have support forums, why  
do we need yet another channel which may further confuse users ("where  
should I submit my question?") and create more noise (when a user  
submits the same questions through all channels). Do you feel there is  
a scenario where support mailing lists are superior to forums?
