500 On Comment Posting
When visitors post comments to my site, they see a 500 Internal Server Error; however, the comment does show up within the Movable Type interface.

When I click on my comment and TrackBack links, they take me to an archive page, but there is no comment posting or TrackBack information on that page.

When visitors sign in with TypeKey to commment, they see a message which says The validation failed.
Visitors who are trying to comment on my weblog with some browsers (Internet Explorer, Safari) aren't able to do so; they still see the sign in link, instead of the comment posting form. If they use another browser (Firefox, Netscape), they don't have this problem.
I have unchecked the option to Enable Unregistered Comment Moderation. Despite this, I still have to approve every comment before it shows up.
