Integrated FastCGI Support
Given that we recommend to so many customers that they run Movable Type within FastCGI we felt it important to make that process as painless as possible. Therefore an exciting new feature coming in Movable Type 3.34 and Movable Type Enterprise 1.52 is integrated FastCGI support.
Today users can read Jay's guide to setup their Movable Type system to run in FastCGI. Once we release MT 3.34 and MTE 1.52 users will no longer have to install any special Movable Type plugins or files in order to realize the performance benefits of using FastCGI.
Checkout the FastCGI Wikipedia page to read excellent overview of FastCGI and to obtain a comprehensive list of FastCGI implementations that you can use with the most common web servers.

The FastCGI is supported right from 3.34b1 version or do we have to wait following beta releases?

You will have to wait for Beta 2. I will post again when Beta 2 is out.
