FRC refresh: Feeds.App Lite tmpl directory missing
It was a bug, but only in our build system. The final release candidate I posted yesterday was missing the Feeds.App Lite template directory hence anyone who tried to use it would get an error.
I've created an archive of the missing directories for anyone who has already downloaded it and refreshed the tar/gz and zip archives for anyone who hasn't.
We apologize for the mishap.

Dumb question: Does this go in mt-static's plugins directory or cgi-bin/mt's plugins directory?

Ahhh, there are no dumb questions, just dumb...oh nevermind.
It should be uploaded to the cgi-bin/mt's plugin directory.
