Hooray for knowledge!

Those of you who with paid licenses of Movable Type are probably aware of the awesome Knowledge Base that our tech support staff maintains. It contains every frequently asked question or problem that a Movable Type user might have as well as solid and informative explanations of each topic.
As I mentioned, up to now, that Knowledge Base has been available for paid licensees of Movable Type. While this increased the value of a personal license, we feel in retrospect that it hurt the platform in general. Knowledge of the system can only help people be more satisfied with the product and keeping it locked up does everyone a disservice. So we decided to change that.
With the release of 3.2, we're making the Movable Type knowledge base completely public. (Sneak peak). Like the user manual, it is also completely powered by Movable Type and has comments enabled on every single entry.
We at Six Apart are dedicated to making sure that your experience with Movable Type is the best that it can be and we believe that solid documentation and resources is the foundation of that experience. We hope that opening the knowledge base up to the world and creating an ecosystem of knowlegde through the comments will help us achieve that goal.

I like this a lot. Being a paid costumer I've used the kb a time or two, but it has always been a minor nightmare to navigate.
