Future posting and the tools folder

Those of you who have used future posting in the past have probably noticed that the "tools" directory containing the script run-periodic-tasks is missing. This was intentional but temporary. Future posting will return in beta 2 and you will have access to the tools/ directory once again.

Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for testing patiently.
